Please be advised that we are the Trademark owner of "Cheese of the month club". Trademark Registration Number 3852089 for computerized on-line retail store services in the field of monthly cheese shipments to club members, on-line retail store services featuring monthly cheese shipments to club members in International Class 35. [U.S. CLASS 100, 101 and 102]

As required by Federal guidelines, a notice is given to any and all who are infringing on and diluting the Trademark owned by us through the use of your on-line advertisement, domain name or on-line retail store offering monthly cheese shipments to club members.

Accordingly, demand is hereby made that you immediately cease and desist your infringing conduct to use the word, "CHEESE OF THE MONTH CLUB" in "any fonts" or "any style" in your on-line sales, on-line offerings, "On-Line Pay Per Clicks" and on-line advertisements. If written assurance of compliance with this demand is not received within seven (7) days of the date of this notice, we will initiate suit against you and your Corporation in the Central District of California.

Please take further notice that if your conduct will continue to damage my business reputation and constitutes an infringement on my Trademark rights, it is violation of the Lanham Act, as well other Federal authority. Be advised this conduct subjects you to various forms of liability, including treble damages under the applicable statutory authority.

Nothing contains herein shall constitute an admission of any kind whatsoever, nor shall it constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies at law, in equity, or otherwise, all of which are expressly reserved.

Mr. Nerry Pathak is licensed to use our Trademark Registration Number 3852089 for life. Mr. Anshu Pathak is not licensed to use our Trademark Registration Number 3852089 on his on-line retail stores.
